Fully automated line integration

This line integration involved 4 pieces of equipment: SpeeDee Auger, Woodman Apache Bagger, Yamato Check Weigher, and Toledo Metal Detector. Optimal Packaging was able to bring this line to 110 BPM with the continuous feedback between the check weigher and SpeeDee filler in never missing under or over weigh bags. This was 1 of 5 lines installed in 2022.
